Customer and billing data is stored in a secured database accessible only to authorized Heloguard personnel. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using industry-standard one-way cryptographic methods. Access to the admin system is protected by authentication, and administrative actions are logged.
Recorded footage is retained for the storage period specified under your subscribed plan (for example, 7 or 30 days), after which it is automatically deleted unless retained longer to investigate a specific incident or as required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Footage or account information may be shared with law enforcement or government authorities where legally required, or with our own field engineers and support staff solely to deliver your subscribed services.
Our website uses only the minimum technical functionality required for it to work correctly. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@heloguard.com. Certain records, such as billing history, may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes even after an account is closed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
